A Better World Fund gives grants annually to deserving charities working throughout the world in the areas of Peace, Hunger, Health, Human Rights, Ecology, Education, and Economic Development.

A Better World Fund is an all-volunteer organization.   Annual expenses are minimal, funded primarily by board member contributions.  We are nonpolitical, nonsectarian, and maintain a publicly supported endowment.  Interest income is distributed year after year to worthwhile charities that are reviewed and evaluated for the quality of their programs, finances, management, fundraising, and governance.

Contributions to A Better World Fund are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Grants are given only on an unsolicited basis. Grant applications are not accepted.

A Better World Fund was created in 1987 and is a 501(c)(3) charity.

Our Combined Federal Campaign listing is  # 10739.
