A Better World Fund

WHO WE ARE

A Better World Fund is a nonpolitical, nonsectarian, publicly supported endowment. Contributions to the endowment remain on permanent deposit. Interest income is distributed each year to worthwhile charities that are reviewed and evaluated for the quality of their programs, finances, management, fund raising, and governance.

Contributions to A Better World Fund are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Grants are given only to 501(c)(3) charities, on an unsolicited basis; grant applications are not accepted.

A Better World Fund pays no salaries, and its officers serve on a volunteer basis. It receives no fees or commissions from recipient organizations and has no formal affiliation with any organizations to which it gives grants. Annual operating expenses of A Better World Fund are minimal and are funded primarily by Board member contributions.

A Better World Fund is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization and participates in the national Combined Federal Campaign as Agency #10739.
